Once you have selected a campaign, you can choose your preferred payment method. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can also donate using your Zakat.

This includes the hospital they are receiving treatment from, the names of their doctors, all test results, and other important details that will allow us to conduct a complete background check and verify the case’s genuineness.

Step 2: We Verify Your Case

We’ll conduct a thorough background check and KYC checks to make sure the case is valid and genuine. We will also get in touch with the hospital where the patient is getting treated and obtain the necessary lab reports and other details needed.

Step 3: We Create a Campaign

Once our checks are complete, we will create a campaign on our website for the patient. The patient, or anyone representing them like a relative or family member, can keep in touch with us to see how much of the goal money has been raised. They can also see it on the website where a goal tracker will be publicly visible.

Step 4: Funds are Collected

Donors can easily contribute to the campaign via our website using a variety of payment methods. We make sure that all funds are collected securely and transparently.

Step 5: We Pay the Medical Institution Directly

Once the required funds are collected, we will pay the patient’s medical procedure costs or treatment costs to the hospital directly. At no point will the funds be handed over to the patient or the person representing the patient. The money will be paid directly to the medical institution that is billing the patient for the treatment.
